Cancellations: 

A basic reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date, by phone or e-mail, to avoid a charge of one night's lodging, plus tax.

A reservation of three rooms or more must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, by phone or e-mail, to avoid charges for the entire reservation.

A special event reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date, by phone or e-mail , or entire payment is forfeited.

 

Rooms are promised at 2pm. Check-out time is at 12 noon. Luggage may be left prior to check-in or after check-out. The reception desk is open from 8am to 12 midnight. For arrivals after midnight, please call us directly to arrange for one of our staff to greet you.
